What about Heath & Safety?

Our technicians are fully trained and certified in work at height and abseiling. We are IRATA certified for Rope Access. Risk assessment is carried out for every job individually and method statements are available on request.

Do I have to be home at the time of service?

If the homeowner cannot be home, our crew will perform the service and communicate VIA phone and email any issues regarding the home. We don't want you to have to bend your schedule to meet ours, so you don't have to be home when we come to your house. In the event that you are not home, we will render the service leaving an itemized invoice. Once you are completely satisfied with the job, you can pay the technician if you are at home, or just send us a check.

How long until you can get the service completed?

This depends on our workload at the time, but almost always within 3 days from the time you schedule service. If you have an emergency or special situation, we will take that into consideration and make your home a priority on our schedule.

Do you clean up my yard after cleaning the gutters?

We don't want you to have to lift a finger behind us. All of the debris that will fall out of your gutters will be thoroughly rinsed and cleaned. We will put the debris into the natural or logical areas on your property, with the goal being that you don’t even notice we’ve been there. Note: In the case of sensitive landscaping we will do whatever is necessary to make sure your property looks great once the service is complete.

How often should my gutters be cleaned?

This varies from every house, but the majority of our customers have their gutters cleaned every six months on a regular basis.  Homeowners with lots of trees directly over the gutters have us come for gutter cleaning anywhere between two to four times per year.

What methods of payment do you accept? When is payment due?

We accept personal checks, bank transfer and all major credit cards.  

Once service is completed, an invoice will be left in your mailbox.

Payment is expected within 5 days of service.

Do you have insurance?

We carry £5 million Worker’s Compensation and General Liability insurance specific for external maintenance. we also carry £10 million rope access insurance specific to the industry. This coverage protects you if either your property is damaged, or if someone from our company becomes injured or ill while on your property.

Do you have a guarantee?

We give 6 weeks guarantee that your gutters and down pipes are free flowing. If your gutters are still blocked after gutter cleaning service is completed, we will come back and clear the blockage absolutely free of charge.

We guarantee repairs up to 3 years.
